Ethical Governance
DORG’s ethical governance is neither a policy document nor a statement of intent. It is an operational architecture: defined bodies, verifiable processes, and real enforcement mechanisms. Each component has a precise role and measurable responsibility.
[ the code of conduct ]
The rules that make the ecosystem reliable
The code of conduct is binding and must be signed by all members of the ecosystem: DORG SRL, which develops and distributes Dorgs, the user organizations, and the Dorg University Faculties.
- Protection of fundamental rights
- Respect for human dignity and non-discrimination
- Transparency and explainability
- Effective human oversight
- Mitigation of environmental and social impacts
- Clearly defined responsibilities
Compliance with the Code of Conduct is auditable by the Dorg Society and, in the event of serious violations, can lead to exclusion from the ecosystem.
[ the ethics committee ]
Composition and mandate
The Ethics Committee is the body that exercises ethical oversight of the DORG ecosystem. It may consist of 3 to 9 members chosen from individuals with proven experience in the Foundation’s areas of activity and recognized moral integrity, appointed by the Board of Directors.
